Beginning 4-8 weeks before your wedding, we assist in the final planning stages, providing essential guidance and support, seamlessly transitioning to executing every detail on your special day.

Each member of our team is WPIC certified, ensuring you can step into your wedding day with confidence and the assurance of having us by your side.

Includes:

• Initial onboarding meeting to align on plans and vision

• Progress meeting to review floor plans and seating charts, ensuring planning stays on course

• “Almost there” meeting to finalize any remaining details

• Comprehensive wedding day timeline creation

• Coordination with vendors to review contracts and confirm logistics

• Coordination and assistance with ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day Management:

• Regular check-ins with the couple to address concerns and ensure satisfaction

• Key contact for any issues or questions

• Manage schedule for entrances, speeches, meals, dances, etc.

• Supervision of setup and partial teardown, including ceremony and styling details, table decor, and final venue walkthrough

• Support during the photo session

• Handle vendor payments and gratuities
